Dr. Nicola Rudolph has many years’ experience of restructuring organisations and optimizing operating processes. Her experience, initially as a business consultant and latterly as a front-line corporate executive, allows her to combine a “best-practice” approach with the practicalities of getting business done in any organisation. She is able to incorporate both the company and employee perspective in her consulting work.

Dr. Nicola Rudolph graduated (PhD) in Business Administration, LMU Munich, Germany.

After working as a Business Consultant, she decided to take the opportunity to work as an Executive within the internal consulting area of a top five pharmaceutical company.

As a Senior Finance Executive for over ten years Dr. Nicola Rudolph has gained a wide range of international business experience within the automotive, industrial and pharmaceutical sectors. She has lived and worked in Germany, Brazil, Portugal and Great Britain. She is also fluent in German, Portuguese and English.
